MAS GMTL Quality Policy

At MAS Geotechnical & Material Testing Laboratory (MAS GMTL), our commitment is to deliver proficient, reliable, sustainable, and cost-effective services that consistently meet and exceed customer expectations. We aim to ensure complete client satisfaction through accuracy, timeliness, and uncompromising quality in every service we provide.

To achieve this, MAS GMTL shall:
  • Maintain and continually improve a documented Integrated Management System certified to the highest international standards: ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management, ISO/IEC 17025:2017 – Testing & Calibration Competence (accredited by ENAS and EIAC), ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management & Sustainability, OHSAS 45001:2018 – Occupational Health & Safety
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and industry requirements.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and sustainability in every operation.
  • Apply a systematic and integrated approach to quality measurement and improvement, supported by effective communication, analysis, and regular management review.
  • Invest in the development of resources, technology, and people to remain at the forefront of the industry.
  • Deliver services that are accurate, reliable, timely, impartial, and fully compliant with customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate and implement this policy across all staff, ensuring every team member is familiar with procedures, policies, and documentation relevant to quality.
  • Strengthen staff competence through training, education, and active participation in the continual improvement process.
This Quality Policy will be regularly reviewed for suitability and remains the foundation of MAS GMTL’s commitment to excellence, sustainability, and trusted service delivery.
