- Promote sustainability by reducing environmental impacts, conserving natural resources, and adopting eco-efficient practices across all operations.
- Provide safe and healthy working conditions that prevent work-related injuries, illnesses, and occupational hazards.
- Set measurable HSE & sustainability objectives, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Reduce our ecological footprint through pollution prevention, energy efficiency, responsible resource use, and waste reduction & recycling initiatives.
- Integrate sustainable practices into decision-making, ensuring long-term value for clients, employees, and the environment.
- Eliminate hazards and mitigate OH&S risks wherever possible.
- Foster a positive safety and sustainability culture, with senior management accountable and employees encouraged to report incidents and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure employees are trained, competent, and environmentally aware, enabling them to contribute to safe and sustainable operations.
- Provide employee welfare facilities, health surveillance programs, and initiatives that promote workplace well-being.
- Allocate sufficient resources to ensure the effective implementation of HSE and sustainability requirements.
- Regularly review, audit, and communicate HSE & sustainability performance across all MAS GMTL branches and sites to achieve continuous improvement.
